Terms & Conditions

Soft Power Communication Training


The Talk2 Group Co. Ltd.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all online and face-to-face Soft Power Communication training services provided by The Talk2 Group Co. Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “our”). By booking, purchasing, or participating in our training, you agree to the following terms.

 

1. Training Services
We provide:

  • Online one-to-one and group training

  • Face-to-face onsite sessions

  • Workshops, coaching, and customised programmes

  • Soft Power Communication methodology and related materials

All content, methods, frameworks, and materials remain the intellectual property of The Talk2 Group Co. Ltd.
 

2. Booking & Payment

 

2.1 Booking

  • Bookings are confirmed only after written confirmation (email or invoice).

  • For corporate clients, purchase orders, written approvals, or signed agreements also count as confirmation.

  • 2.2 Payment Terms

  • Standard payment terms are within 30 days of invoice date, unless agreed otherwise.

  • Late payments may incur an administrative charge.

  • For individuals: full payment is required before the first session.

 

  • 2.3 Session Tickets / Packages

  • Pre-paid tickets or packages must be used within the stated validity period.

  • Tickets are non-refundable unless required by law.

 

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

 

3.1 By the Client

  • Online sessions: Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule.
    Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.

  • Onsite training (half-day or full day):
    Cancellations within 7 calendar days of the training date will incur a 50% charge.
    Cancellations within 72 hours of the training date will incur 100% of the fee.

  • No-shows are charged at the full rate.

 

​​​​3.2 By The Talk2 Group

  • If we need to reschedule due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a new date.

  • If rescheduling is not possible, a refund will be issued for unused sessions.

 

4. Training Delivery

 

4.1 Online Training

  • Clients are responsible for their own internet connection, equipment, and environment.

  • We are not responsible for connectivity issues on the client’s side.

  • If we experience technical difficulties, the session will be rescheduled at no cost.

 

4.2 Face-to-Face Training

  • Clients must provide a safe, suitable environment.

  • Travel time and travel costs may be added depending on location.

  • Additional costs (room rental, equipment, refreshments) are borne by the client unless agreed otherwise.

 

5. Intellectual Property
All Soft Power Communication materials — including frameworks, slides, worksheets, videos, techniques, scripts, and exercises — remain the property of The Talk2 Group Co. Ltd.
Clients may not:

  • Copy

  • Reproduce

  • Distribute

  • Modify

  • Share internally or externally

…without written permission.
 

6. Confidentiality
We treat all client information, discussions, role-plays, and shared materials as confidential.
Likewise, clients agree not to share or record training sessions without permission.

 

7. Data Protection & Privacy

  • Personal information is handled in accordance with Japanese privacy law and GDPR-style principles.

  • We use client data only for training delivery, administration, and communication.

  • We do not share personal data with third parties without consent.

 

8. Participant Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

  • Attend sessions on time

  • Participate actively

  • Create a respectful, safe learning environment

  • Follow the behavioural expectations outlined in Soft Power Communication methodology

We reserve the right to stop a session if behaviour is inappropriate or unsafe.
 

9. Liability

  • We aim to provide high-quality training but do not guarantee specific outcomes or performance results.

  • The Talk2 Group Co. Ltd. is not liable for any losses arising from the use (or misuse) of training content.

  • Liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service.

 

10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The latest version will always be available upon request or on our website.
