All products are sold subject to these Terms.

2. Products

  • Creative written materials

Product descriptions are provided in good faith. Minor variations in colour, print, or finish may occur.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

We accept payment through approved online payment providers.

All prices are listed in the stated currency and may include or exclude applicable taxes depending on jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of pricing errors, payment issues, or stock unavailability.

4. Shipping (Physical Products)

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on location.

We are not responsible for:

  • Postal delays

  • Customs processing delays

  • Duties or import taxes imposed by local authorities

Risk transfers to the customer upon dispatch.

5. Returns & Refunds

5.1 Physical Books

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused

  • The item is returned in original condition

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Refunds are issued after inspection of the returned item.

5.2 Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital downloads:

All digital sales are final and non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, unless required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

All written works, designs, artwork, titles, text, and materials remain the intellectual property of Ink & Whimsy Ltd.

You may not:

  • Reproduce

  • Redistribute

  • Modify

  • Publish

  • Resell

  • Share digitally

Purchasing a book does not transfer copyright.

7. Use of Content

Our publications are intended for personal use only unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Commercial use, reproduction, or adaptation requires prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our works are offered as creative and literary content.

We do not guarantee specific personal, professional, or financial outcomes from the use of our publications.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.
