We help you to focus on understanding and modifying individuals' thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. Looking at the relationship between employee sensory abilities, perceptions, emotions, thought processes, and behaviours and behavioural styles we can develop methods to help individuals change unhealthy or destructive behaviours into more positive and supportive ones.

All of us have to deal with challenging people, both at work and in the social setting.  It could be asking the neighbour to remove a tree or our boss for a pay rise, it can be a struggle to get what you want.

Based around the ground-breaking work of Laurence and Emily Alison, we have created an exciting and vibrant training workshop which will help you understand your communication style and shape your conversations to remain objective with difficult people by understanding your own style and that of of others.

Group development
